Why is the EAD process time back to 2006?

Last month when I checked the processing time of EAD on USCIS website, it was shown that they were processing to the date of February 2007. but today, the date goes all the way back to Dec 2006. Could anyone kindly explain it to me the reason for this? Does it mean that I won't be able to receive my EAD card within 90 days? (I filed I765 in early April.)
