Don't know the answer to your question, but why did you need to apply I-140 for each one? Yours only is enough that they can all apply I-485 as your dependents.
Plus, I don't think your son even applied I-140, for what reason does he qualify? outstanding researchers? You confused me :-) You guys should be fine. Just remember to apply I-485 for each of your family members including yourself.
