For 485 filers who want to take medical exam later

new rule takes effective today:
1. I-693 could be considered "initial evidence", which could cause 485 denial, so you should try your best to include it if you file your 485 after Jun16.
You don't have to take medical exam in the same city if there is a severe backlog in your area due to July's visa bulletin.

2. future RFE could be much less than 12 weeks.
