unless you really had a big fight before you left.

Sometimes, the employer will revoke your approved 140 because they want to apply a substitute LC case. But Substitute LC will be gone soon too.

The law says the employer is not obligated to revoke approved 140, but they can do it voluntarily

My conclusion is you shouldn't be worry about your 1st 140 being revoked in the future in order to port your 1st PD.
