H1B申请

我是今年12月毕业。现在已经有了offer.我的问题是我可以让公司在握毕业前申请H1B马？公司已经同意申请，但是我看到有的贴子说要毕业后才可以申请工作签证，是这样的吗？我现在是F1。请指点。谢谢
