急！140和485于6月7号一起file，485也包括太太，同时

她还有2006年12月的LC和140（在等七月一号排期），现在我的140有些问题，需要RFE，可否用太太的140 replace我的而将我们file的485挂在她批准的140下，请高手指点，感谢！
