Job transfer after I-485?

My current employer submitted I-485 for me about one year ago. I heard that it seems I can get a new job from another employer of the same type. But will this bring any problems with my GC application, especially I may need to bring my application to a different processing center? And I also used AP to travel internationally, which invalidated my H-1B status. Will this add difficulty to my job transfer? Thanks!
