请问小白兔：我可以concurrently file 140/485 到TSC 吗？

我到USCIS上查说 All concurrently filed Forms I-140/I-485 should be ted to the Nebraska Service Center. 但是我想file 140/485 去TSC， 我能不能这么做: 先E-file 140到TSC （因为说Efile都去那了），然后过1个星期再file 485, 这样是不是不算concurrently file了？
