definitely the previous ads can be used for your purpose. However you have to check with her and see if any applicants were qualified 100%. If a lot of applicants are almost qualified, the ads has to be updated with more restrictive requirements. After your PERM is approved, the I-140 and I-485 can be ted concurrently as long as the PD is current.
