got 485 approve notice, but need to move in 1 month, any problem

Got an approve notice, but I need to move to another state on 7/15/2007, will it be a problem?
what do I need to do after the notice (I mean, do I need to go to china embassy to stamp something on my passport, do I need to go to local office for any purpose, or something that I may have to travel back after moving?)
