Can somebody help me? H1-B extension or EAD

Thanks in advance for your help!

Here is my situation:

1. H1-B will expire by the end of Aug 07
2. Filed PERM in Feb 07, still pending
3. Ready to file 140/485/EAD

Question:

Should i wait to file my EAD until i got H1-B extension which is contingent upon PERM approval?
