Will Boarde stamp my passport if I have AP?

I plan to go to Canada for a trip but I don't want to get a stamp on my passport when I come back. If I have Advanced Parole, will the boarder stamp my passport? I have H1b status ( no visa, just approved paper I-797). That would be the only reason that I need AP. If I use my I-797 to come back to US, they normally stamp my passport. Thanks a lot for your help..
