真诚请教：关于140/485 一起filing

现在用OPT作postdoc，准备马上申请H1b,然后申请NIW （140/485一起交）。想知道如果140/485被拒，以后转H1b（under cap）的时候，会有麻烦么，需要境外激活么？非常感谢。
