Xiaobaitu and all you guys, Please help

I am planning to send out I-140 application for NIW. Can I file I485 at the same time? Do I have time to do it before 7/30? I probably will get a faculty position soon, should I wait for applying EB1B? It seems no difference between NIW and EB1B right now if the waiting periods is current for I485. Am I right? Thanks!!!
