妈3/25上海 一签过,求高手解签证上的注释?

妈于上海3/25, 10:30AM一签过, 被问问题不多, 算顺利的.
我们邀请她的理由是参加5月16日的毕业典礼. 签证上加了这样一个注释: 将在两个月后赴美参加毕业典礼. 签证上的issue date 3/25; expiration date 7/24.
请教: 1. 我妈一定要早于5/16来吗? 她因有事, 计划在6月中旬来的.
2. 能呆多久? 是否7/24 就得回去, 还是等入境时给3或6个月的探亲假?
