请问有没有寄往TSC申请AP的朋友？

我昨天用USPS把申请AP的材料寄往：

USCIS
PO Box 851182
Mesquite, TX 75185-1182

刚刚track了邮件的投送记录，有如下文字：

Status: Notice Left

We attempted to deliver your item at 11:33 AM on June 14, 2007 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. A second delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, we will hold it for five business days and then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

感觉很奇怪。。。postman只是留了条子，TSC那里竟然没有人接收邮件？！请问在TSC办理申请的朋友，有没有类似奇怪的经历？预先谢谢大家！
