请问小白兔: 如果结婚公证不符合美国的格式又来不及办怎么办?

我以前用过结婚公证转过身份,没有问题,这次要办绿卡,听朋友说起才知道不符合美国格式,没有人证页,时间紧急,怕来不及办好新的,怎么办?先交原来那份如何?感谢!
