请问白兔大侠:第二个485的问题

My hu*****and and me filed 485 last November at NSC based on my EB2. My hu*****and has an approved EB3 140 which is current now. We want to file another 485 based on his 140. However, we has some concerns:

1. If one of the 485s get approved, is it possible to withdraw the other pending 485?

2. If we can't withdraw the other 485, what will happen if the first one get approved, and later on the second one get rejected?

3. If one of the 485 get rejected, does the other pending 485 still have chance to get approved? I mean, will the first rejection affect the second one.

4. Is there any drawbacks to file a second 485 beside money?
