A question for Xiao BaiTu, Thank you in advance

Xiao BaiTu

My wife has a EB2 I140/1485 pending with myself as her dependent at NSC currently and I have a I140 pending at TSC.

Can I file another I485 as the principle and her as the dependent after July 1st?

Will INS request us to withdraw one before the adjudication?
