小白兔，看看我的情况还能赶上这班车吗？？

小白兔：我现在是H1B第一年，已经打完广告了，在等30天的waiting period，7月初就可以file PERM了 （EB2).
1：如果PERM批准的话，我是不是可以同时file 140和485(if it is still current)。2：如果140不幸被拒的话，是不是485就死定了？我是不是要立刻回国？
3：我应该现在就开始准备体检什么的吗？？
