Employment verification letter, please help!

NIW approved last Nov with TSC. Now my lawyer is preparing I-485.

How recent should the letter for employment verification?
I have two letters from March and April, are they still good?

Besides, I am actually changing job to another institution this August? Will that affect my case? Should I get employment verification letter from both my current institution and my future institution.
