说YES,百分百要REF.说No.查的比率非常少.万一查到,因为MEDIAID 不属于PUBLIC CHARGE.签政官也会要求REF.不会马上据.我所认识的象你这种情况的,没人说YES.也没人查到.必竟职业移民被怀疑有PUBLIC CHARGE的可能性非常非常小.SSN是不会有记录的.一般来说,申请Prenatal care and children's insurance. the information of the application is not shared(Private act)untill required by law.比如说PR审请时,department of public assistance must verify the Alien number with INS. so the INS will know which PR apply for the public assistance.but for the alien without Alien number. the DPS will not share information
如果VO不怀疑你有PUBLIC CHARGE的嫌疑而到你曾住过得每一个州的DPS查,you are ok.说心理话,这种可能很小.NCis the most important part during your 485.个=中风险,你好好考律,这只是我根据自己的了解下的结论.
