XBT, Radiology -- need your help: Can I leaving US without appro

CIS told me my AP approved this week, but I may have to travel back to China before I receive it. Can I leave US without the AP document? I will have it when I come back? Any risk when I come back?

XBT, Radiology can you drop a line about it?
