急问小白兔

1。我是办的EB3，I-140在2004年已批，I-485PENDING，PRIORITY DATE 是2003年9月，2006年底得到CIS通知，补了公司的雇用信、前两年的W2、当前的两个月的工资条。现在H1B的第8年延期没有批准，必须用EAD。但公司改了工资条件，提高了提成比例，降低了基本工资，其他(JOB TITLE，DEION)不变。现在，排期已到，目前的工资变化会不会影响绿卡的批准？

2。因我的工作不稳定，我太太报了NIW I140，去年已批，可以在7月报I-485。这次
以她作为申请者，我作为DEPENDANT。我们正在犹豫在I-485，是否在添以前的A NUMBER还是不添为好？不知CIS审批的程序是怎样的，会不会把两个I-480的PACKAGE搞混，导致DELAY？
