Can I file 485?

My hu*****and has filed his I-140 (approved) and I-485 concurrently at the beginning of this year. Because I use TN visa (valid unitl middle of November of 2007), I did not file with him at that time. Now my H1B has been approved but will be effective from 10/1/2007. Can I file 485 now? Thanks for any suggestions.
