You'll have great chance and be okay if:
1. your 140 is approved and not withdrawn before your 485 approval
2. your 485 is processed 180 days after filing

In case your 485 is processed and Notice of Intension to Deny before 180 days, then you are not good.

Some peope (including lawyer)believe AC21 will not be effective 180 days after 485 filing, which is wrong
