sent to NSC, start with LIN, I140 was approved at TSC

sent to NSC on 05/31, delivered on 06/01 Morning, check cashed today, online message shows RD as 06/11, waiting for receipt.

However, my I140 was originally ted at VSC, transfered and approved at TSC.
