Can I file 485 with the copy of I-140 approval notice?

Can I file 485 with the copy of I-140 approval notice? The lawyer has the original approval notice. But she is very slow, we plan to file by ourselves if necessary. She won't give us the original. Is a copy good enough? Or do we need the original approval? thanks a lot.
