到现在为止CIS还准许你两种选择, 一种是在140批准前递交485, 属于concurrent adjudication, 另一种是140批准后再交485, 如果你是H或L身份, 这两种没什么区别.
但CIS会在很快取消concurrent adjudication, 到时候你想这么办也不行了.
