J-1 waiver help!

我 于 2月 中 旬 将 “ Statement of reason”和 所 有 DS-2019表 的 复 印 件 一 起 寄 给 DOS。 现 在 DOS网 站 显 示 “ Statement of reason”收 到 ，而 有 关 DS-2019表 的 信 息 没 有 更 新 (只 显 示 出 我 去 年 申 请case number时 递 交 的 DS-2019收 到 ，而 没 有 显 示 我 今 年 新 寄 的 DS-2019的 消 息))。 请 问 J-1豁 免 前 辈 我 现 在 怎 办 ？ 是 否 需 要 向 DOS写 信 问 询 或 重 新 再 寄 一 次 ？ 谢 谢 ！
