stupid reply from USCIS

I got a letter from USCIS for replying my case inquiry made last month. The letter told that my case was still within their processing time.
Please note my 485 was filed on May 2, 2006. Current processing time was Sept 15, 2006 for TSC.

In the letter mailed me three month ago, they told me my case was delayed because of background checking.

My FBI NC was already complete on May 1, 2007 per the letter from FBI. I am very disappointed about the irresponsibile reply of CIS

I will forward these letters to the senator to complain to the low efficiency in USCIS caused by these bureaucracy and irresponsibility
