485 filing, so far so good.

I started my GC process as earlier as 2002. First, I made a mistake appling EB3 instead of EB3. Then my second EB2 perm was screwed up by CIS's contracted data entring staff. I missed the big time Oct,2005. My lawyer has never been of any help. In 2006, I am a dad of two american kids, but still holding H1-b. I started to do research online. In 5/2007, I "premiumed" the 2nd 140, carried over the 2002 PD,which my lawyer said "no way". I filed 485 on 5/23 to NSC, my case transferred to TSC on 5/30, checks cashed on 5/31, FP noticed issued on 6/6 and reached me on 6/11, the appointment date was 6/26, on which I would be on a business trip. I just walkin today and did the FP. It seems TSC is running smoothly. I hope the GC will reach me within 6 months.
