What's next? After I485 is approved

We received email from USCIS that our I485 is approved. Can anyone tell me what's next step? How soon will we get the official Greencard?

For your information: we filed 140 on Feb 23, 2007 and got approved on Feb 26, 2007. Eb1B case, Taxas Service Center.
