When the new company applies H1 transfer for me, does it know who my current employer is? It seems to need my H1 cards copy. If I have had two H1 employers so far and I show the new company the old H1 card whose expiration date hasn't been reached, is there some kind of record database where the new company's lawyer will find out my current employer?
