也就是说如果一个人从H-1B开始，一直在同一个公司，拿到绿卡后就可以立即离开，但H-1B transfer以后在新公司办理H-1B transfer, PERM/140/485，拿到绿卡后立即离开，新公司还是可以通知移民局吊销绿卡的，我的理解对么？
