拿到绿卡后换工作疑问

常听这里的朋友说公司sponse的绿卡拿到后不能马上离开，我的疑问是
（1）如果得到绿卡马上跳槽，原公司会通知移民局，移民局会吊销绿卡么？
（2）如果拿到绿卡马上跳槽，并且即使公司通知移民局，移民局也不能因此吊销绿卡，那为什么还要等一段时间呢？
（3）如果公司有权利让移民局吊销绿卡，哪有个时间限制么，就是说多久以后公司就拿你没办法了？
