The lawyer said the Email or Fax may not work

If you search from this forum, you'll see many people tried the some kind of email address and FAX. But no one knows if that's the correct email or fax number for 485 cases.
Just write directly to the Director, and only takes you $0.39
I did it already, and more letters will bring up more attention of the director.
