Xiaobaitu and all other DAXIA; Question about two 140 cases

I ted 140NIW in July to NSC and later i filed a 140EB1B in premium precess. EB1B approved and ted 480 in Dec 2006. Now I changed my address, should i still need to take care my 140NIW? Thanks a lot,
