Where were your cases filed? I have similar experience. My EAD was approved by CSC on 2/18/04, and I didn't receive it until 3/2/04. My AP was approved on 2/24 and I received it on 2/26. CSC probably mailed my EAD to the wrong address initially, because the address was hand-written on the envelop when I received it. If it happened to you, just pray that it be returned.
