职业移民的不一定要和485一起递交1040税表,但是如果移民官

对公司雇用真实性有 怀疑时，还是可以以 RFE要求 近期 pay stub和tax return的，那时就必须提供，否则会拒485
H4并不需要有公司 ，只要主申 请人有就行
