Urgent Passport Issue: Please Help!!!!

We already booked airline tickets to go back China this month, but so far didn't get my baby's passport yet, the earliest automatic appointment with agency for expediate way is June 18th, five days away from our depart time, will this be possible to get the passport and also include to get the travel document for China?
Anyone has same experience? very anxious, please help!!!!
