Infopass is useless

EB3, PD 11/2002. Case was transfered from VSC to TSC this March. 3 FPs done. I485 were sent on Nov 2004. I140 approved May 2005.

Today I went to inforpass to check the status of my I485. It is useless. The lady just told me the information exactly the same as on the website. She knew nothing more than I did. The information on the website was only about my case transfer.

She told me to send a letter to TSC to check the status about name check. I am not quite sure whether it will help.

Not sure whether anyone had an experience about sending a letter to TSC? will they tell you about name check? I do not know how people will know that their name check is complete or pending.

It is hopeless. :(
