My situation is exactly same as yours. I called 800 yesterday and a gentlman was very nice. He tried to send a service request to TSC for fingerprint appt.because it has been pending >30 days But the sever was down. He asked me to call today. I called today. A lady answered and refused to send a service request. I asked to talk the gentleman and she said she need to talk to her boss. A few mins later, she said she would send a request for FP.
