请问小白兔和其他朋友,在国内医院的疫苗卡哪儿可以翻译成英文?

我们这个地方没有中国医生体检,出国前已经打好了所有的疫苗,但是卡是中文的,怎么才可以翻译成英文呢?还是自己翻译就行了?还是找人翻译?因为在喂母乳,所以希望出国前的疫苗卡有帮助可以不用打.另外可以做TB实验吗?我记忆里是可以做的在哺乳期间,对吗?谢谢大家帮助!
