Writ of Mandamus on www.pacer.uscourts.gov

It contain all cases on federal courts. Register with your credit card. The website charge you 8 cents per page. You can search cases by time, case number, type of suit, name of parties, name of attorneys, etc.

Any one who want to WOM should research this first
