intersting case: GC revoke after file WOM for Naturalization

Just found a interesting case at N-Disctirct of Texas, after file WOM for Naturalization hearing, USCIS replied that plaintiff's I-140 was revoked in 2002 (Plaintiff didn't mention this, or he didn't get notice ?), and mailed notice of intend to rescind his GC. That's weird and scare !

xiaobaitu and anyone else see this kind of situation before ? Since USCIS didn't give out details, I have no idea they revoke his I-140 BEFORE or AFTER adjust his I485.
