Where do I file I539 extension of stay form?

My friend filed the form to NSC a few month ago. She is in Illinois. I am in Indiana, and I am going to file the form now. I read the instruction, and was told to send it to Carlifonia center (for people in IL and IN). I just want to make sure I am sending to the right place. Thank you guys in advance.
