急问：公司被买对绿卡影响 xiaobaitu, please

Just got an offer from a small company. Get a 25% base salary raise plus bonus (my current company doesn't have bonus). More importantly, it is good for my career future. The new company also sponsors GC application. It is very attractive to me.
Just have one concern before I accept the offer. Since it is a small company (about 60 employees) and according to some 'old people' in this industry, it is highly possible that it is bought by big company. My question is: if it is bought by big company during my I140 or I485 pending period, what is the effect on my GC application? I will go EB1(b) outstanding research petition and file I140 and I485 concurrently, also use premium processing of I140, which only takes 15 days. So it is much less possible to happen to I140. But how about I485? If status of 485 is pending, the company gets bought, what will happen?
