renew H-1B,需要交 $500 "打假费"吗?

H-1B 6 年期马上要到,基于APPROVED I-140,我可以RENEW 3 年, 请问这次RENEW 需要交 $500 "打假费"吗?(一直在同一个单位, INITIAL 和第1次RENEW H-1B 都没有交这个"打假费".)谢谢.
