求助, 有关name check!

今天LD去了infopass, 得到的结果是:

1. LD的on the review, 移民官回答说是还没有clear.

2. 我的on the review, no record, LD问是不是clear了, 移民官回答说就是这个意思.

请问on the review, no record是不是就是clear了? 有没有人是有过相同的情况呀?
如果clear了, 要多久才能收到绿卡?
